Inspired Wellness Solutions LLC d/b/a Build a Wellness Blog (“Company”) maintains the Complete Content Creation Bootcamp Course (“Course”) for the use of its students and other Course users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before purchasing and/or using the Course. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement.
Any breach of these Terms of Use will lead to termination of your use of the Course.
1. Use of Course
The Course is provided with various materials, included but not limited to videos, text, and PDF documents (“Materials”). Users will have access to such Materials for the period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. Materials may only be accessed by the User that purchased the Course. Users may not allow another person to login under their account.
2. Copyright
Inspired Wellness Solutions LLC retains all copyright to all materials provided in this course, and Users may not modify, reproduce, share, or distribute them. Client is granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course.
3. Guarantees
This Course is provided “as is” and does not include any warranties or guarantees of any kind, including financial and/or personal gains. Users are fully responsible for their own results.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, User agrees that there are no refunds for Course purchases.
5. Hyperlinks
Links may be provided to external websites. Inspired Wellness Solutions LLC does not review the content nor control these external websites. You are accessing external websites at your own risk.
6. Testimonials
During User’s participation in the Course, User may share feedback or testimonials in support of the Course. User grants Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display such testimonials or feedback in marketing materials, websites, emails, or any other form of media.
7. Indemnification.
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and other independent contractors from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of, or relating to Users actions under this Agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability.
User shall not hold Company responsible for any liability resulting from accessing Course, inability to access Course, or pursing strategies presented in the Course.
9. Severability.
If any of the provisions of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, unenforceable or invalid (in whole or in part for any reason), the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect without being impaired or invalidated in any way.
10. Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be construed and enforced according to the laws of the State of Massachusetts in the United States of America, and any dispute under this Agreement must be brought in this venue.
11. Effective Date and Updates
These Terms are effective as of September 15th, 2021 and are subject to change without notice by Inspired Wellness Solutions LLC at any time. Users accept responsibility to check for changes regularly.
